Common questions
Do families need an account to sign up?
No. Families tap a slot and enter their name and email. Only the coaches and team parents who create sheets need a seat.
Can each coach run their own team's sheets?
Yes. Each coach creates and manages their own sheets. Admins can see every team's sheets from the shared dashboard.
We pay through the treasurer, not a card. Is that OK?
Yes. Request an invoice from the pricing page and we will send one you can pay by check, ACH or purchase order, usually within one business day.
