Seats for teachers and room parents
Invite each teacher and room parent who runs sign-ups, and make your board members admins. The shared dashboard shows every classroom's sheets, so you can see which rooms still need helpers for the party before the week of the party.
Billed for the school year, payable by PO
The School Year plan covers August 1 to June 30 in a single charge, priced below annual. If the district or PTA treasurer needs paperwork, request an invoice and pay it by check, ACH or purchase order.

You pay for the people who create sheets, not for the people who sign up.

Common questions
Do parents need an account to sign up?
No. Parents tap a slot from any phone and enter their name and email. Only the people creating sheets need a seat.
What does the School Year plan cover?
August 1 to June 30, billed once up front. It renews for the next school year unless you cancel.
Our district needs a purchase order. Can we use one?
Yes. Request an invoice from the pricing page with your PO number in the notes and we will send a formal invoice, usually within one business day.
