Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SignMeUp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use SignMeUp.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignMeUp to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, harass participants, or collect data deceptively.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful.

Your content

You own the sheets and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content so the service can function — for example, showing your sheet to the participants you share it with.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle you choose. You can cancel anytime from your settings; your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and your free sheets keep working. See pricing for current plans.

Availability

We work hard to keep SignMeUp running, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using SignMeUp at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions? Contact us.
