When to stay on SignUpGenius
If you are already paying for Silver or Gold and your group knows the interface, switching probably costs more than it saves. Familiarity is a real feature: when a parent gets a SignUpGenius link, they know what it is and what to do with it, and that lifts response rates in a way no comparison table captures.
SignUpGenius also does things we do not. Its free tier includes payment collection, custom QR codes and recurring event duplication, and at the top end there are custom URLs, portal pages, SSO and embedded sign-ups. If you need any of that, we are not the tool — and twenty years of stability and a real support organization behind it is worth weighing against a product as new as ours.

You can recreate a sheet in under a minute using a template, then share the new link. Existing participants just open the new link — no account or migration step on their end.
Do my participants need to create an account?
No. They open the link and tap a slot. Accounts are only for organizers who create and manage sheets.
