Is MySignMeUp free?
Yes. The free plan is free forever, with no card required and no ads. It covers up to 3 active sheets at a time, each with up to 10 slots and up to 25 sign-ups a month across all of them. Waitlists with auto-promotion and duplicate-sign-up protection are included on the free plan.
What happens when I hit 25 sign-ups in a month?
Your sheets stay up and your existing sign-ups are untouched, but new sign-ups are paused until the month resets or you upgrade. The counter resets on the first of each month. Pro at $9 a month removes the cap.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $9 a month, or $90 a year, which works out to $7.50 a month. Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial, and you can cancel any time.
How is Business priced?
Business is priced per organizer — the people who create sheets. Helpers you add as co-owners on a sheet don't need a seat. It starts at $12 a month for 2 organizers. The per-seat rate drops as the team grows, and each seat is priced in its own bracket, so adding people never makes the total go down. Schools can pay by invoice or purchase order, and a school-year term is billed once for the year.
Do I need Business if someone helps me run a sheet?
No. On any plan, including free, you can add co-owners who can edit the sheet, its slots and its participant list. Business is for groups whose organizers each run their own sheets and want one shared dashboard, team branding and shared templates.
Do the people signing up have to pay, or create an account?
Neither. Participants are always free and always unlimited, on every plan including the free one. They open the link you share, tap a slot, and they are on the list — no account, no app, no ads.
Does MySignMeUp send SMS reminders?
No. Reminders are email only on every plan. If text-message reminders are essential to your group, another tool is a better fit.
Can I get a refund or cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings and keep Pro or Business until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
Is there a discount for schools or non-profits?
Annual billing is charged as 10 months on both Pro and Business, so 2 months are free. The school-year term — one invoice for August to June at 8 months of the monthly rate — is a Business option only; choosing it on Pro bills Pro annually instead.
